OUR VISION

Our vision here at Soma is to reduce food waste and get creative with residual products as we try to minimize our ecological footprint by constantly improving ourselves.

Instead of going with the current flow of asian fusion restaurants popping up in Gothenburg, we decided to go in another direction with our “Asian Whatever”. While paying homage to the asian cuisine, we implement our nordic agriculture in new and exciting ways in order to get the best of both worlds.
